1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ConstructStream, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

ConstructStream is a comprehensive construction management platform that helps contractors manage projects, bids, clients, and communications. Our service includes CRM functionality, project tracking, document management, and email integration.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

• All activities that occur under your account

• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Gmail Integration

When using our Gmail integration:

• You grant us permission to access your Gmail account as specified in the OAuth consent

• You can revoke this permission at any time through your Google Account settings

• We will only use your Gmail data to provide the requested services

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations

• Infringe on intellectual property rights

• Transmit harmful or malicious content

• Interfere with the service's operation

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service and explains how we collect, safeguard, and disclose information that results from your use of our service.

7. Limitation of Liability

ConstructStream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Account Cancellation, Data Retention & Deletion

Cancelling your subscription never deletes your data. If you stop paying, your account becomes limited but your organization's records — projects, bids, estimates, invoices, documents and signed contracts — are all retained. Resubscribing restores full access to everything.

Closing your account keeps your data for 90 days. If you close your account, we retain your organization's data for 90 days, during which reactivating restores everything exactly as you left it. After that window your data becomes eligible for permanent removal.

You may request permanent deletion at any time. On a verified request from an organization owner we will: (1) provide an export of your executed contracts and legal records (also available anytime under Settings → Legal Records); (2) hold the request for a 30-day cooling-off period, during which you may cancel it; and (3) then permanently delete your organization's data and stored files. We retain only what we must: billing and tax records, and a minimal record that the deletion was requested and completed.

Signed documents are delivered, not just hosted. When a client signs an estimate, they receive their own copy of the executed document by email. Copies already delivered to a counterparty are theirs to keep and are not affected by any later deletion of your account. Within the product, deleting records is under your control — except that actions which would destroy an executed contract's signature record are refused, to protect both parties to the agreement.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through a notice on our service. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
